Practicing real estate in Greenwood SC and the surrounding areas since 2004. Sally grew up in Greenwood but left at an early age to live in Florida on Siesta Key for 20 years but returned in 1999 to care for aging father a hunting icon Neil Cost, know nationwide for his custom hand made turkey calls and referred to as the Stradivarius of Turkey Call Makers. His following of dedicated fans lives on even though he passed away in 2001, his calls treasured by turkey hunters from all over the country who have them and sought after by those who don't.

Selling real estate is not the same as producing custom turkey calls but Sally did learn to use her own unique talents to benefit buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of real estate. One of the first agents in Greenwood to have a personal website, which she built herself, has put her name at the forefront of real estate in Greenwood.  Her willingness and ability to work with 21st Century technology has paved the way to bring her services to buyers and property for owners from all over the world.

Her work ethic is uncompromising, clients' needs and goals come first, whether it results in a sale or not.  She says "Listening is her most valuable sales tool, many of her clients tell her that they have worked with agents who just don't listen, they show them properties that have no resemblance to what they told the agent they were interested in seeing, pushing them into higher price ranges they were not comfortable with or only showing them their listings. Also patience, willing to wait and encourage her clients to wait until the right property comes along and not settling for second best. Telling it like it is is what she calls a delayed benefits sales tool. Telling a potential seller that the timing is just not good if the market is not favorable for them to sell at this time doesn't bring an immediate sale but it does often bring that owner back at a later date and choosing her to market their property when the time is right."
